BodySpa Terms and Conditions

By booking and attending appointments at BodySpa, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Booking Appointments:

Appointments can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our reception.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment. We may ask for card details at time of booking to hold your appointment, no charge will be taken at this time.

Age Requirement:

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive services.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made outside the 24-hour window will not incur any charges.

No Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, a 50% no-show fee will be charged.

We value your time, as well as the time of our therapists and other clients, and this policy ensures fairness to all.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.  After the time of 4 hours you will be charged 50% of the original appointment fee.

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Late Arrivals:

We strive to provide the best service to all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable.

They can be redeemed for services or product and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Complaints:

Any complaints should be sent to clubmanager@bodyscapebelfast.com for prompt attention and resolution.

Consultation Forms:

Consultation forms must be filled out before receiving any treatments these will be available electronically at the time of booking.

A patch test may be required 48 hours before certain treatments to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.

By booking and attending appointments at BodySpa, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. BodySpa reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Please check our website or contact us for the most current information.
